The Scope:
All Ipe benches with blackened stainless steel stanchions throughout all 5 buildings, Bleacher seating on the grand stair, fiberglass and powder coat aluminum planters throughout, Ipe wood deck bridge and staircase in the courtyard.
The Materials:
Ipe (pronounced “ee-pay”) is a beautiful exotic wood from South America, which is naturally very durable and insect resistant, also known as Brazilian Walnut.
